30 days, unused, returned.
If it is not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange the return. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept a used eraser.
Faulty or damaged on arrival? Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching us.
