Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging — for hygiene reasons a used eraser cannot be accepted.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching us. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty.
